Insurance Plans
We accept many insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit. Insurance with whom we are in network (as of September 2008):
• Delta Dental - All Delta Dental plans, premier and ppo • Cigna Dental PPO - ONLY fee schedule R383 • Wellpoint - ONLY PP300 plan • Connection Dental PPO - which includes:
The Benefit Group DentQuest GEHA GEHA Connection Dental Plus Group Benefit Services Guardian (ONLY with Connection Dental) Loomis Group United Healthcare (ONLY the one with Connection Dental) and many others- please call us to find out if your plan is one of them! We are no longer accepting new patients with United Concordia. If you are a current patient with United Concordia, we will continue to accept your insurance. If we are not in network with your insurance, full payment is expected at the time of service. We will file the claim for you, and then the insurance company will reimburse you directly. Many patients who have Blue Cross Federal (which we don't participate with) as their primary carrier have GEHA (which we do accept) as their secondary. If this is you, we will still expect full payment at the time of service, then file with GEHA and make adjustments accordingly; any credit will be returned to you. Common insurance companies we are NOT in NETWORK WITH: Aetna, Blue Cross (see previous paragraph), Metlife We do not accept any HMO plans.
