We are no longer accepting new patients with
United Concordia. If you are a current patient with United Concordia, we will continue to accept your insurance.
If we are not in network with your insurance, full payment is expected at the time of service. We will file the claim for you, and then the insurance company will reimburse you directly. Many patients who have
Blue Cross Federal (which we don't participate with) as their primary carrier have
GEHA (which we do accept) as their secondary. If this is you, we will still expect full payment at the time of service, then file with GEHA and make adjustments accordingly; any credit will be returned to you.
